Nowadays, people are increasingly demanding higher standards for their living environment and quality of life. Cleanroom technology has penetrated various industries, not only applied in electronics, electrical equipment, pharmaceuticals, food, and scientific research but also extended to public entertainment venues, educational institutions, etc. The continuous advancement of science and technology has helped cleaning technology companies gradually expand their reach to thousands of households. Below, the editor will introduce what you need to pay attention to regarding cleanrooms.

  1. Strictly follow sterile operating procedures to prevent microbial contamination; operators must turn off UV lights before entering the room.

  2. Dust-free cleaning technology should include a sterile operating room and a buffer room. The cleanliness of the sterile operating room must reach Class 10,000, with the room temperature maintained at 20-24°C and humidity at 45-60%. The cleanliness of the ultra-clean workbench must reach Class 100.

  3. The cleanroom must always be kept tidy, and clutter is strictly prohibited to avoid contamination. All contamination of sterilization equipment and culture environments must be prevented. If contamination occurs, usage must be stopped immediately.

  4. The cleanroom should be regularly cleaned and disinfected with appropriate disinfectants to ensure the sterile room meets cleanliness requirements.

  5. All equipment, tools, petri dishes, and other items brought into the cleanroom must be sealed and sterilized using appropriate methods.

  6. Staff must wash their hands with soap or disinfectant before entering the cleanroom, then change into dedicated room clothing, shoes, caps, masks, and gloves in the buffer room before entering the sterile room to work.

  7. Before using the cleanroom, the UV sterilization lamp must be turned on for at least 30 minutes, and the ultra-clean workbench fan should also be turned on. After completing work, the sterile room must be promptly tidied up, and the UV lamp should be used for an additional 20 minutes.

  8. Test samples must remain in their original packaging and should not be opened before inspection to avoid contamination. Before inspection, the outer surface should be disinfected with 70% alcohol swabs.

  9. All items containing live bacteria must be sterilized before rinsing under running water. Contamination of the drainage system is strictly prohibited.
