Sterile cleanrooms are now widely used in the market, from pharmaceutical factories and cosmetics plants to mechanical technology research and development, all utilizing sterile cleanrooms. This is because some components need to be manufactured in a dust-free environment, so many industries have high requirements for cleanrooms. Below is an introduction to the standards of sterile cleanrooms.

  1. The cleanroom must maintain a certain positive pressure. The pressure difference between cleanrooms of different levels should not be less than 5Pa, and the pressure difference between the cleanroom and non-cleanroom should not be less than 10Pa, to prevent air from lower-level cleanrooms from flowing back into other cleanrooms.

  2. The temperature should be maintained at 18-26°C, neither too high nor too low.

  3. We need to understand that the cleanliness level of a cleanroom actually means that the smaller the value, the higher the cleanliness level, and the higher the cleanliness, the higher the cost. A Class 100,000 cleanroom means the air cleanliness level is Class 100,000, indicating that the number of microparticles per cubic meter of air in the room is controlled below 100,000. Food processing rooms need to achieve Class 100,000.

  4. Cleanliness and stable, continuous pollution control capability are the core standards for assessing cleanroom quality. These standards are divided into multiple levels depending on the regional environment, cleanliness level, and other factors.
