1. During the construction of dust-free cleaning projects, dust and dirt must be regularly swept away. For hidden spaces (such as inside gypsum ceilings and partitions), cleaning records must also be kept.

2. The surfaces of completed decorative work must be protected. Avoid impacts, strikes, stepping, or working with excessive water, which may cause dents, moisture cracks, or surface contamination.

3. For rooms already equipped with high-efficiency filters, no dusty work is allowed.

4. Before applying the surface layer of plastic sheets or rolled materials, they must be sorted by size and thickness. The adhesive must be evenly spread between the sheets or rolls and the ground, ensuring a flat surface without gaps or trapped air.

5. Before applying waterproof adhesive, impurities and oil stains in the base grooves must be thoroughly removed, and the surface must be kept dry.

6. Temporary equipment entrances in clean rooms must be sealed when not in use to prevent dust and contaminants from entering.

7. The construction site must ensure proper ventilation and lighting. For renovation projects, the original power sources and flammable, explosive, or hazardous pipelines must be clearly identified and disconnected before work begins. Corrosive liquids used in the production process must have safety protection measures.

The above are the requirements related to dust-free construction work. We hope this information is helpful to you.
