Clean room projects must comply with the following standards during acceptance inspection:

  1. Check whether the installation of pipelines, automatic fire extinguishing equipment, and air filtration devices in the clean room is accurate, secure, and airtight.

  2. Inspect the connections between high-efficiency filters, medium-efficiency filters, primary filters, and their frames, as well as the connections between air ducts and equipment, to ensure airtightness.

  3. Verify whether the adjustment devices are airtight, flexible, and easy to operate.

  4. Air filtration devices, static pressure boxes, and ventilation systems in the clean room must be cleaned and kept dust-free.

  5. Check whether the walls, ceilings, and floors of the clean room are smooth and even, whether the colors are uniform without discoloration, and whether the floors are anti-static.

  6. Air supply outlets, return air outlets, terminal devices, pipelines of the same type, lighting systems, and power lines passing through the clean room must be sealed and reliable at connection points.

  7. Painting, insulation, and moisture-proofing work in the clean room must meet relevant regulations.

  8. After completing the clean room construction, the project must undergo acceptance inspection, which is divided into completion acceptance, functional acceptance, and operational acceptance.

  9. Completion acceptance is the responsibility of the construction unit, which organizes the construction, design, and supervision units to conduct the inspection.
