Cleaning technology has clear requirements for cleanrooms. To meet demands and ensure product quality, it is necessary to control the environment, personnel, equipment, and production processes within the room. Cleanroom management includes managing staff, materials, equipment, and pipeline systems. Providing uniforms for employees and maintaining room cleanliness. Selecting, cleaning, and sterilizing furniture and materials to prevent dust and microorganisms. Maintaining equipment and establishing operational rules to ensure proper functioning, including clean air conditioning systems, electrical and water systems, guaranteeing production processes and air cleanliness.

To effectively implement dust-free cleaning technology, one must start with a dust-free cleanroom. The main working procedures of dust-free cleaning technology are:

1. Planning: Clearly understand customer needs and determine a reasonable solution;

2. Preliminary design: Based on the customer's situation, proceed with project design;

3. Solution discussion: Discuss the preliminary design with the customer and make adjustments;

4. Commercial negotiation: Based on the finalized solution, discuss costs and sign contracts;

5. Construction drawing design: Convert the preliminary design into construction drawings;

The installation of environmental air conditioning is very important

Choosing a good environmental air conditioning system is crucial, and similarly, the installation and location selection are equally important. Selecting a good installation location can improve the efficiency of the environmental air conditioning while reducing installation costs.

First, environmental air conditioning units are all installed externally, and the entire system operates with completely fresh air, so recirculation cannot be used. Therefore, the installation site must be well-ventilated.

Second, the cold air from the environmental air conditioning is transmitted through ducts, so when connecting the ducts, the location should be chosen in the middle of the project to shorten the installation duct length.

Third, the entire installation environment must have fresh, cool airflow, meaning the environmental air conditioning should not operate in a sealed environment. If the room lacks sufficient doors and windows, some negative pressure ventilation fans can be installed to enhance indoor air circulation.

Fourth, using a support frame for the environmental air conditioning can significantly shorten the installation duct length, but the stability of the frame must be ensured, and the weight of maintenance personnel should be considered during frame fabrication.
