What are the options for clean air treatment in cleanroom projects?

The treatment options are as follows:

1.Dust-free cleanroom projects require clean air treatment at different cleanliness levels using three stages of filtration: primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency air filters. The arrangement and installation of air filters must comply with the following: primary air filters must not use oil-immersed filters; intermediate air filters must be centrally installed in the positive pressure section of the clean air conditioning system; high-efficiency air filters must be installed at the end of the clean air conditioning system, with a simple, reliable, and easy-to-inspect installation method for leak detection and replacement; intermediate and high-efficiency air filters must be selected based on rated airflow; high-efficiency air filters with similar resistance and efficiency must be installed in the same cleanroom.

2.When determining a centralized or decentralized clean air conditioning system, the production process characteristics, cleanliness level, area, and location of the cleanroom must be considered. For continuous production processes or large cleanrooms, a centralized clean air conditioning system is preferred, with strict requirements for centralized location, noise control, and vibration control.

3.When the clean air conditioning system requires electric heating, tubular electric heaters should be selected and installed on the upstream side of the high-efficiency air filters, with fire prevention measures in place.

4.In addition to the DC system and fan coil systems, clean air conditioning systems in cleanroom projects must also adopt anti-backflow measures to prevent outdoor contaminated air from entering the cleanroom through fresh air vents.

5.The design of the clean air conditioning system should reasonably use recirculated air. If the production process generates harmful substances and local treatment cannot meet hygiene requirements or poses risks to other processes, recirculated air should not be used.
