Our company has successfully completed the construction of the ISO7 purification production workshop located in the bonded zone of Long'an Province in southern Vietnam, and officially declared its completion. The completion of this project marks a comprehensive upgrade of the hardware facilities and production environment standards of the production base, laying a solid hardware foundation for efficient and high-quality production in the future.
The total area of the completed workshop and factory building is 6236 square meters. The design and construction strictly follow the design specifications and standards of Vietnam and relevant international industries. The fire protection, exhaust gas and wastewater environmental protection indicators meet the acceptance requirements and are ready for immediate use.
The project has invested heavily in environmental control systems to ensure precision and stability in the production environment. The core production areas all adopt a thousand level clean air conditioning constant temperature and humidity system, which can accurately control key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness in the workshop, ensuring that the production environment always maintains a "ten thousand level" purification standard. The office area is equipped with a comfortable air conditioning system, providing a pleasant working environment for management and technical personnel. At the same time, the workshop is equipped with efficient workshop exhaust systems and equipment exhaust systems specifically designed for process equipment, effectively discharging the waste gas and heat generated during the production process, ensuring air circulation and the safety of workers.
In terms of building materials and construction techniques, the project adheres to the principles of high standards and high quality. The internal partition walls and ceiling panels of the workshop are made of machine-made hollow glass magnesium color steel plate, which has the advantages of high strength, excellent fire resistance, good sound insulation effect, smooth surface, and is not easy to accumulate dust. It is very suitable for purifying the workshop environment. All doors and workshop walls are attached with 1.2-meter-high stainless steel protective panels on the surface, which not only enhances the durability and impact resistance of the doors and wall panels, but also facilitates cleaning and maintenance, reflecting the meticulous consideration of details.
The completion of this workshop will significantly enhance the compliance, stability, and scalability of related product production, helping the enterprise better serve regional and global markets, and injecting new vitality into the modernization development of the local manufacturing industry. The project team stated that with the completion of the workshop, the subsequent equipment installation, commissioning, and production preparation work will be carried out in an orderly manner, and it has now been put into formal operation.
