　　The airflow direction in Class 1000-100,000 cleanrooms differs from Class 100 and above. The air inside moves non-uniformly with inconsistent speeds and may include reverse or swirling flows. It primarily relies on filtered clean air to continuously dilute the indoor air, gradually removing contaminants to achieve cleaning effects. Different cleanroom classes are mainly determined by the air supply volume (air change rate) per unit time.
