Optoelectronic electronic cleanroom

An optoelectronic electronic cleanroom is a facility with cleanliness standards starting from Class 100,000 and above, primarily measured by the number of 0.5-micron dust particles per cubic meter of air. Depending on different cleanliness levels, it can be classified as Class 100 (fewer than 3.5 particles), Class 1,000 (fewer than 35 particles), Class 10,000 (fewer than 350 particles), or Class 100,000 (fewer than 3,500 particles).

The air purification principle in optoelectronic electronic cleanrooms: airflow → primary filtration → conditioning → intermediate filtration → fan blowing → ductwork → high-efficiency air outlet → room ventilation → carrying away dust, bacteria, and small particles → return air grille → primary filtration. This cycle repeats to achieve purification.

Air change rates in optoelectronic electronic cleanrooms: Class 100,000 ≥15 times; Class 10,000 ≥20 times; Class 1,000 ≥30 times. Pressure differential: main room vs adjacent room ≥5Pa. Average air velocity: Class 10/100 at 0.3-0.5m/s; Winter temperature >16°C; Summer temperature <26°C; fluctuation ±2°C. Humidity 45-65%; GMP powder production rooms ideally maintain about 50% humidity; electronic cleanrooms may require slightly higher humidity to prevent static. Noise ≤65dB(A); fresh air supply 10%-30% of total airflow; illumination 300LX.

Construction materials:
1. Walls and ceilings typically use 50mm thick color steel plates with core material, known for aesthetics and rigidity. Curved wall corners, doors, and window frames usually employ special anodized aluminum.
2. Flooring can use self-leveling epoxy or high-grade wear-resistant PVC flooring, with anti-static options available when required.
3. Air supply/return ducts use hot-dip galvanized steel plates with fireproof PF foam insulation for thermal and filtration efficiency.
4. High-efficiency air outlets feature stainless steel frames, clean and aesthetically pleasing, with baked aluminum mesh panels that resist rust and dust accumulation for easy cleaning.
