RW series sole cleaning machine

1、 Product Description

The RW series sole cleaning machine adopts a strong dramatic design in the cleaning area, and the equipment body is made of SU5304 stainless steel. Suitable for cleaning dust-free boots and anti-static boots with deep bottom lines. When personnel pass through the equipment cleaning area, the motor drives a roller brush containing cleaning solution to clean the sole of the shoe. Staying for 2 seconds can effectively reduce more than 99% of the 0.1-400pm dust attached to the sole. Widely used at the entrance of various controlled areas in clean rooms.

• Quick detachable structure: The roller can be quickly disassembled and assembled in 10 seconds, making it convenient for replacement, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Integrated grille structure: The pedal grille is welded into one piece, with high structural strength and is not easily deformed, making it easy to disassemble and assemble.

Efficient sewage discharge structure

• Rapid flow water tank layout: The slightly inclined layout of the main water tank helps ensure rapid flow of sewage at the bottom and prevent dirt deposition.
• Funnel style collection tank design: Adopting a funnel style aggregation design, it can quickly discharge sewage while facilitating the cleaning of residual sewage.
